I don't understand how Shaya was fired if he was a part-owner?

Regardless, good for him for standing up to this. I'm sure he'll land on his feet.

I don't have any comments about John Besh except to say that I am so tired of hearing about men in positions of power who think they can do whatever they want to the women who work with them. It's fucking disgusting.

I'm in a Facebook group for women in the culinary industry, and pretty much everyone says they've never had a job where they DIDN'T experience sexism, sexual harassment or even assault on the job.
