Kaepernick’s collusion case targets NFL owners, including Giants
The Cowboys’ Jerry Jones, the Patriots’ Robert Kraft and the Texans’ Bob McNair will be deposed and asked to turn over all cellphone records and emails in relation to Kaepernick’s accusation, ESPN.com reported. Seahawks coach Pete Carroll and 49ers owner Jed York is also on the deposition list, according to Yahoo Sports.
Hate seeing the Seahawks on the list, but it doesn't surprise me, since he was called and then another backup was signed after a lot of flooferall in Seattle about signing him and how he would be a good fit. I really wanted to see him signed here. There were others who said his style of play was wrong as back-up to Wilson and others who said his numbers were not good and were sliding (but then some of them followed up with "that's why he started this whole thing, to deflect from how badly he was playing..." so I don't hold a lot of water with those people anyway.)
I'd really like to see something come out of it with Jones, McNair, Snyder (sorry DH...but he hates Snyder too) and the others who were directly oppositional. (And with the owners who weren't so direct but were still oppositional.)
