I need ham like water Like breath, like rain I need ham like mercy From Heaven's gate Sometimes ham salad or casserole or ham that’s free range, all natural I need ham
I like both, but bagels feel more substantial and since they are less sugary, I feel less guilty about eating them, even though I am sure they are equal on the "bad for you" scale.
In my office, bagels are far more popular than doughnuts with both the men and women
Doughnuts. They're generally less filling, but unless work announced that breakfast would be provided ahead of time, I have already eaten breakfast anyway.

Hmm. Interesting.
Well, bagels are cheaper, even with the addition of lox.
I really thought everyone would want fancy doughnuts!

Bagels all the way! I like donuts but I am picky as hell about them. Bagels let me satisfy my sweet and savory cravings at the same time- chocolate chip bagels slathered in jalapeno cream cheese will always trump a donut.

Honestly it depends on my mood. And the amount of cream cheese available for my bagel but with a bagel I can be full and be satisfied with one. A donut is great, but then I will want another one and then eventually that leads to me feeling gross.
I really only like cake donuts, so the picture you posted (while beautiful) doesn't appeal to me at all. I think they would be way too sweet for my taste, especially as a breakfast.
