Cuticle oil/balm recommendation

I have Burt's Bees Lemon Cuticle balm, but it's a PITA to open, and the balm itself is kind of waxy and just gets kind of messy since it's greasy. I have CND's Solar Oil (great b/c it's quick to apply) but I also feel like while it is quick to absorb, it's also not super hydrating.... or is it and I just don't realize?

I'm also looking at LUSH's Lemony Flutter but have never tried it and worried it'll be waxy and greasy like the BB.
Any recs?

I love Lemony Flutter! It's a really rich cream and not waxy at all. I use it all over my hands in the winter.

I like the Lush one but my favorite is Nail Butter (https://www.nailbutter.com/). Looks like she has a 40% off sale right now too. I have had mine for a long time and it’s still not empty, it lasts a long time cuz you just need a little bit.

At night I use solar oil with a layer of aquaphor over it and then my regular cerave hand cream on top.

I love CND solar oil, no other cuticle balm or lotion comes close. I use it twice a day and then just use CeraVe hand cream afterwards.
