If anyone is on Goodreads, these are always (at least the ones I’ve been interested enough to look up on GR) set up on giveaways where you can sign up to win a copy (e-book). If I’m torn between 2, I’ll register for the giveaway on the one I don’t choose. And I’ve won one before!
I've probably read 1/3 of the kindle first books. I just leave them for when my library books aren't available and I need something to read. I've been trying to read an older one for probably 4 months now.
Stillhouse Lake is probably the only kindle first book that really did anything for me. I just read the second in that series.

My favorite one ever was The Short Drop by matthew Fitzsimmons.

Bone Music appeases to the side of me that likes to watch Marvel's The runaways but white rose black forest also seems interesting. Neighborly lost me at the description.

Silent Victim. I can't do another WWII and I have been dealing with an annoying neighbor for two weeks at a rental house, so don't even want to think about neighbors. I am almost done with "As Good as True" from last month, and I have enjoyed it.
I never even knew about this! My prime membership is severely underutilized, I tell ya.
This is actually part of the Kindle Unlimited program. Its $9.99 a month and you get to borrow unlimited books from Amazon (provided they're on the Unlimited program, which surprisingly, a lot of them are). And part of the program is that you get 1 book free to keep 1 month before it's release date.

I am not part of Kindle Unlimited and I get a free book every month too.

I'm going to get Go, I think. I have so many on my TBR list right now, I'm not sure when I'll get to it! I'm doing both the Book Riot Read Harder and the Pop Sugar reading challenges so I have a bunch of stuff to get through.
