What were you making when you were doing RP before? I don't know if our method will make it easier or harder for you.
Our diets haven't changed a lot, but we pay better attention to the macros to make sure they're balanced how we each need them to be. So adding in more veggies, dropping the fat by using olive oil spray instead of olive oil. I like SkinnyTaste's recipes because she gives a macro breakdown and it's comforting to see that I'm in line with what I should be getting. Just remember recipes that give you macros will have macros for everything -- like the fat in lean beef would be included, but the template would have you ignore the fat in lean beef.
