I have USAA and love their bill pay program. Their bill pay program does not show bills due on the welcome page. However, I receive emails when a new bill is received, I can see the last three payments made along with the amount, when I go to the bill pay section it will show that a bill is due if a payment hasn't been scheduled. The only thing is their locations are limited, but it works for me since I hardly ever have to go into a branch.

I have National City. I tried their bill pay a couple times and did not like it at all. Possibly it's improved since then as this was about a year ago.
Whoa - that was a flash back. National City is NOW PNC. Didn't like but as I said, they may have improved it since then.

thatgirl2478 I really need to look at it again - I thought it was horrible and I think it stemmed from payments not being taken out of my account when I set them up for so my balance appeared higher than it was... something like that but it's been months so I should look at it again.

We have PNC and I think it has all these options. However, the two features we love about our PNC account, are the smart phone check deposit (never go to the bank anymore) and they reimburse all non-PNC ATM charges, so I don't hesistate to use any ATM when I'm out and about..
