Did I miss this today?
The Good: I've lost over seven inches since I started measuring.
The Bad: I've gained 3 lbs in the last 3 weeks.
The Ugly: I have to go in to the doctor for additional testing on the lymph nod lump they found when they did the MRI that determined the boob pain was a torn pectoral muscle. I'll find out after that what the next steps are.

LOL Doris! I'm supposed to remind you about the fitness challenge and the financial challenge... yet apparently I did.
There are times when I wish I didn't stress eat. The last week and a half have been bad; like bags of chocolate raisins and sour candies bad. Oh and it's restaurant week here, I should just book extra track time now.

I ate like crap and still somehow managed to not get weight. I have no idea where all those Pringles and donuts that my ex brought from the US went to but the scale are not showing them.

Fitness has been pretty good but I'm trying to detox after eating and drinking my way through last week and the weekend. I was celebrating, what can I say?
