George was lying down and as soon as he heard the first video he was up and barking, looking for the dogs. He caught that there was video after a short bit (I called him over to get him to stop hunting for the barking dogs) and his expression when he figured it out was priceless. (He has perky ears.)
I dropped GD1 off at school this morning (very early) for orchestra practice and that was pretty much my greeting as soon as I walked in the door. That’s how he greets me every time still, even it if’s just talking out the trash. :melt I’ll miss that as he gets older and more used to us.
DH went to China for two weeks during his MBA program. We had been living with my two dogs from home for about a year at that point (brought them from TX to CO). When H got home from that trip, our boy dog, who was 100% attached to me, literally buried his face in H’s chest and just moaned for several minutes. It’s making me tear up even now. It was the sweetest damn thing.
I’ll watch this video in my hotel tonight and cry my eyes out.
