Long story short Betty got out, a neighbor found her and I need to thank the neighbor. What should I bring over?

This is where W would give them a jar of homemade jam. I don't know what the husky equivalent of that would be...

EDIT: when our neighbors house was broken into and they wanted to stay inside with us until the cops came, I didn't think they needed to give us anything for it but they gave us a potted plant. So there's another idea.

That is great that your neighbor was able to find her! Personally I don't feel like you need to offer anything. But flowers or something homemade would be a nice gesture.

And I know I was just bitching about neighbors who's dogs got out, but with them it is more their uncaring attitude and ungreatfullness when the dogs are returned.

Man, I thought alcohol always trumped everything! Unless maybe there's a possibility your neighbor does not drink.

I will add that a neighbor made us a small cake once and I was floored and how thoughtful that was.
