Experience: What is deemed "enough" experience?

Of course I got into it with some one of Facebook before my morning coffee. :N:

But one of the posters sent out a Obama doesn't have enough experience type of comment which I've seen a number of times. What constitutes enough? I just don't understand this comment.

Um, he's been president of the United States for the past four years. I think that qualifies as "enough experience."

To say that you want someone with experience and then put up Mitt Romney as experienced in the context of the Libyan mess seems nonsensical. Romney doesn't have foreign policy experience.
