This morning, as I was pouring myself a cup of coffee with shitty powdered coffee creamer in it, I thought to myself, "this is bad for me" and then thought "oh well". They will pry my coffee-mate from my cold dead hands.
Lots?! Sugar is probably at the heart of it. But the big ones for me are sugary latte type drinks from Starbucks and soda. I was drinking some Splenda based sodas...Diet Pepsi had removed aspartame. But they added it back in. So I guess I’m stuck with it. And really who knows how bad Splenda May end up being lol!
Right now in particular it’s Girl Scout cookies. With a dd that’s in GS I have too much easy access to buying them!

What's your vice? (As it were?)
I’m with you! I love sugary creamer and have no intentions of quitting it. Getting out of bed deserves a treat!
Along the same lines I love a splash of homemade whipped cream in my coffee. I make my own lattes at home and I justify it by telling myself I use half the sugar that Starbucks does, but I could certainly do without the sugar.

Coffee and baked goods. Often together 😉 Oh, and alcohol, although not as much as I used to drink.
I've given up so much other stuff, there's no way I could give up coffee. Baked goods, maybe. And we only drink on the weekends, so I feel like that's not horrible.
Where do I begin? Chocolate, coffee, wine, beer and cheese are definite "pry out of my cold dead hands" things for me. That said, depending on the research you read those can be good or bad for you .
I think Diet Coke or Diet Dr Pepper would be something that's definitely not good for me that I crave sometimes, especially fountain soda over ice. I cringe when I think how much I used to drink vs. now I only get it once in a while, especially on road trips.

Oh, I could go all IN on road-trip food, but that's probably another post, lol. (Box of cookie crisp, FTW!)

Peanut butter. I can eat peanut butter in obscene quantities.
Also sugar, but I try to never go there because I am legit addicted and have no shutoff. After three days of no sugar I'm fine and don't crave it anymore, so I try to just avoid it altogether (FTR: I'm not talking about natural sugars like fruits and stuff).
My biggest offense is probably my tendency to prioritize snacking over actual dinner (and sometimes lunch).
Most snacking choices that I make are healthy - some are definitely not. There was that bag of Skittles Friday afternoon (wtf, I don't even like Skittles, but they were the only dairy free candy in the vending area at work). Today I ate a date pretty much every time I walked through my kitchen. "Fruit", but let's be honest, dates are just little gooey sugar bombs. So I guess I may have a sugar problem in addition to my penchant for snacking.
Chocolate, ice cream, cake, cookies...any kind of dessert. I'm pretty good about saying no to cheap candy, but anything high quality and I have to have it.

Those of you who said coffee, do you drink industrial quantities, or do you think any coffee counts as a vice? Because I feel exactly zero guilt about my almost-daily lattes.
Baked goods are my downfall for sure. I'm not into sugar in soda or candy format more than the occasional treat, but it's so hard for me to keep my consumption of cookies and cakes at the level I'd like.

I drink a LOT of coffee each day. I have a cup before I leave the house and a 30 oz Yeti at work. So....
I laugh when our trainer says to cut back on caffeine. No way dude. I will do ANYTHING else you say, except that.
