Anyone else. I need a snack drawer. What should I put it in? Has to be stuff that will "keep" and I won't over indulge in. I used to have cocoa almonds but I ate them all.
I keep dried fruit and pretzels at my desk. Dried fruit isnt that healthy and high in sugar but I dont know a lot of options that keep. I use a fridge at work and keep string cheese and grapes too.

Dried fruit isn't necessarily bad as long as it doesn't have added sugar, it's just that you can mindlessly eat 5 dried apricots in the time it would have taken you to eat 1 apricot, so it's super super easy to eat way more than your ealize.

I have a few things at work that keep well. I roast my own almonds and season with garlic salt or powder. I also keep peanut or almond butter in my drawer. Other things that would be good would be low sugar Luna bars or Cliff bars (although check the ingredients and sugar levels on these). Dried apples are also another great option (again, check the sugar levels).
Do you have a fridge at work? I keep hummus, carrots, hardboiled eggs, and string cheese in the fridge at my office.
