I am going for a mountain bike ride to play around on some new trails at the local trail. Hopefully the order I put in online for some new bedding (duvet cover, light down comforter, & two down pillows) will be ready at the dept. store for pick up. I had a gift card that needed to be used. I also plan to do some serious napping and lounging around later on in the day.

All ready to head out for our 40 mile backpacking honeymoon! We just did a final pack weigh in - J's is 58 lbs and mine is 51. We're going to eat very, very well on this trip.
I’ve been up since 5 for DS’s swim meet. He hasn’t even had his first event and we’ve been here 3.5 hours But, at least it isn’t pouring like yesterday!

Just finished up a double brick with a new to me group. I had a blast and someone helped me with my cadence. My second bike ride was so much faster and easier. I’m hoping to go to a yoga class later today.
My son woke up at 5 this morning so we’ve been up and at it since then. It’s a “rest” day for me. Kids birthday parties for him. I’m more tired after those than a 20 mile run!
Was up at 3:15 :-( Today's 17 miles was a very long ride on the struggle bus after a horrible night's sleep. But it's done, and I'm glad I didn't call it at mile 9 when we were back at the car for refueling. I took a short nap and am getting ready to go run a few errands. I feel crappy.
