I've recently finished 1916, 1921, 1949, and 1972. This is the last one in this series of historical fiction. Each year is a pivotal year in Irish history.
I just finished the Harry Potter series and am now re-reading the Outlander series (I have read the 1st Outlander book at least twice before, but can't remember where I left off so am starting over)
I am also reading The Happiness Project and am on the waitlist for Gone Girl.
Just read Delirium and Pandemonium. It's a YA dystopia series and I loved it. Can't wait for the third one to come out. Not sure what to read next. I'm slowly making my way through A Feat For Crows but keep getting distracted.

I love this series, especially 1949, the one that focused on Ursula.

Waiting for my mom to finish Gone Girl so I can get it on my kindle.
I'm slowly reading a book about Queen Elizabeth I and can't remember the title. It's not holding my attention though which is really disappointing because I adore her. I don't think I'll read anything from this particular author again.
I do have a date with the library on Thursday so I'm hoping to pick up a good book. Bookmarking this thread for suggestions.
It has a lot of great points, but I'm starting to get bored with the repetitive messages throughout the book. It reminds me of the SAHM v. Working Mom wars that have occurred on these boards.
The Next Best Thing by Jennifer Weiner. It's just meh. I will probably put it down for a bit because I need to read The Kite Runner for book club next week.

I recently started the 9th book in the Black Dagger Brotherhood series, but I forget the title. I've really enjoyed the series! Total fluffy, smutty fun.
I put down book 5 (I think) of the Game of Thrones series a few months ago. Once I've had a long enough break, I'll pick it up again. I love the books, but man are they dense!
I'm also reading The Happiness Project. I'm actually teaching it this fall for a moms book study at my church.

I enjoyed these too. Were you surprised with the twist at the end of the 2nd book? I was pissed that I couldn't immediately pick up the 3rd to continue on.
Just started Gone Girl today. Finished The Boy in the Striped Pajamas last week for book club. Waiting on Fifty Shades Daeker through the ebook part of our library
Last book was A Discovery of Witches, but it was due before I got done it. I haven't decided if I care enough to get it back to read the last half.
Don't bother. I just read it on vacation last week. It's an open ending, so you have to read the next book to find out what happens.
I read "The Night Circus" on our trip last week and really enjoyed it. I also read Chris Cleave's latest book, "Gold." It was a decent read (especially if you're really into the Olympics), but I didn't think it was anywhere near as good as "Little Bee" or "Incendiary."
