How much sleep do you get on average? 8ish hours, but it’s often broken
How many days a week do you typically get up before 6AM? 5AM? I’m up in the 5 o’clock hour 100% of the time thanks to the kiddo, who is an early riser. Lately it’s been around 5:30. I’m dreaming of the day I get to start sleeping past 6 again!
Do you have a time that you refuse to get up to work out? I’m not much of a morning workout person. I prefer before bed.
How many days a week do you sleep in with no alarm set? I always set an alarm, but I’m always awake before it goes off 😩
How do you think sleep affects your training cycle? Lack of sleep is killer. I sleep better when I exercise. I exercise better when I sleep. I’m a monster when I don’t sleep.
How much sleep do you get on average? 7-8 hours per night ideally.
How many days a week do you typically get up before 6AM? 5AM? Umm, none. Rarely am I ever up before 6am. I was up before 6 a few random days after we got back from our babymoon, but that was purely jet lag. DH has an alarm that goes off at 5:55 that sometimes wakes me up, but I don’t get up that early.
Do you have a time that you refuse to get up to work out? Before 6. A couple years ago there was about a month long time span that I did an early powersculpt class at 6am, but I was a zombie by the end of the day.
How many days a week do you sleep in with no alarm set? Maybe 1? Although, ironically, I fell asleep so fast last night that I forgot to set my alarm (and take out my contacts!). I slept great for the first time in a few days (had been struggling with pregnancy induced insomnia... and I have never had trouble sleeping before, like ever!).
How do you think sleep affects your training cycle? It absolutely affects everything! I have a rule that I must get at least 5 hours of sleep to do a workout. I think I may have read it somewhere while doing a Whole 30 a few years ago?

How much sleep do you get on average? 8-9 hours
How many days a week do you typically get up before 6AM? 5AM? My normal alarm for work is 5:45 so on average I am up 5-6 days before 6:00. I have a really hard time with am workouts which would have me up before 5am.
Do you have a time that you refuse to get up to work out? I don't like to do anything before 4:30 and over 6 miles.
How many days a week do you sleep in with no alarm set? Typically 1 day a week on Sundays but my body usually wakes me up around 6 anyway. Usually I can roll over and get in some more sleep.
How do you think sleep affects your training cycle? It plays a huge part. I can tell when I am not getting enough sleep and am lagging or not recovering well. In general I am a hot crabby mess if I don't get enough sleep.
How much sleep do you get on average? On running/workout days, 6-7.5 hours.
How many days a week do you typically get up before 6AM? 5AM? Depends on how many days I'm running/working out.
Do you have a time that you refuse to get up to work out? Before 4am. I used to do it a little bit to run with friends that could only run at 4:30am but no more.
How many days a week do you sleep in with no alarm set? Maybe 1 if I'm lucky.
How do you think sleep affects your training cycle? If I don't get enough sleep, I don't usually run. When I end up habitually sleep deprived AND am training at the same time, that's ripe conditions for me to end up sick and I don't have time for that.
Sleep on average- 7.5-8 hours Before 5 am- 3 Before 6 am- 2 Refuse to workout- I think 4:50 is as early as I am willing to wake up. This is when my alarm goes off on gym days. No alarm- weekends- I have kids and a golden retriever. I rarely sleep past 7 am.
I am pretty disciplined and not much fun during the week. If I don’t work out in the early AM it ain’t happening for the day. So I have to stay discipline to make sure I am getting to bed at a decent hour.

"Hello babies. Welcome to Earth. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It's round and wet and crowded. On the outside, babies, you've got a hundred years here. There's only one rule that I know of, babies-"God damn it, you've got to be kind.”
