Notice which house does not belong with the others (I'm actually amazed they were allowed to build this as it's so different from all the other terraced houses)

It is a beautiful home, but definitely does not belong in that neighborhood. I find it rather sad that they built it there. It ruins the aesthetics of the neighborhood.
Who let the pictures of that house be taken?!?! There is a diaper in the middle of the floor of the kids bedroom. Just leave that room out of the pics if you can’t bother to tidy it first.
This one was featured in the movie Ironweed with Meryl Streep and Jack Nicholson (1987). Currently listed at $539k. BYO home maintenance fund!
I wonder what it's like inside, because it has sat on the market for an awfully long time given that it looks pretty well maintained. 5 beds, 3.5 baths (I don't know what the others look like), 3179 sf, 0.75 acre. Built in 1877. We looked at a number of similar aged houses when we were looking, and based on that my suspicion is that the rooms pictured are not representative of the condition of the house as a whole.
I am also curious about this one. Currently $499k, but this time last year it was listed for $599k. Last sale was in 2012, for $480k. Looks like they're going to take a bath on what they put into renovations.
It's 6 beds, 2 full + 2 half baths, 4182 sf, 2 acres, built in 1850. Interesting mix of updated and 150+ year old. Interesting in the sense of "I'd like to walk through it," not necessarily "I'd like to own/maintain it."
The listing photos include both unedited photos of empty rooms, and photos with staging edited in. It's a little disconcerting.
I live in an area where people have too much money and therefore create ugly or unique houses. The most famous house is probably Michael Jordan's that has been for sale for like 6 years now.
This one is in my area. It's been listed since February 2017. Current asking price is $900k. Specs are 5 beds, 5.5 baths 5,055 sq ft 1.84 acres lot. It's basically listed as "land value only" at this point. I actually think this house would sell very quick if the owners removed their furniture.

jinkies, that place is condo! At first I thought it could be nice if it was "undecorated," but then I saw it's a condo and practically in the Delaware River (so likely floods). That's a crazy price for that.
This house is not far from our neighborhood and I drive by it almost daily. It's been on the market for at least 8 months now. Overall, my area is known to be a hcol area, but this particular spot is average and near a really busy street. The price is bonkers, so one is surprised that it's not selling. We went to the open house just for funsies and, like you can see, the inside is pretty, but holy cow, it's just enormous. I can't imagine taking care of a house that big. And to me, the outside is fug. Also the house is situated really close to the road, so it's just kind of awkward.
The gossip I've heard about it is that the people who built the house bought the lot as an investment thinking that they could divide it and build two houses (that happens a lot around here.) Then AFTER they bought it, they found out that it was just a hair too small to divide. So they built this monstrosity.

Why is the house so big yet the first couple of bathrooms so very tiny and cramped??
