Cotton underwear that stays put....

I'm looking for cotton underwear, that covers my ass, covers my junk, won't ride up into my crack, doesn't come up to my ribcage (hipster or bikini), and doesn't fall apart after 3 weeks. Is there such a thing? Need sizes like 9, XXL, 1X, or 16/18.

I like Duluth Free Range Cotton. Meets all your specifications, although I had a pair randomly give up the ghost after like, 2 months earlier this year. I used their website chat, told them about the issue, and they sent me a replacement pair no charge, no questions asked.

Another board recommended the Aerie ones from ae.com, especially the boy briefs. I'd never ordered from them but tried it, and I've been happy with the underwear so far. The boy briefs are very comfortable. I think a more traditional bikini cut is a little more flattering on me, but for pure comfort the boy briefs have been great. When I ordered, they had a lot of cute pattern options, and they probably still do.
