Where do you buy furniture online?

Have you had good luck with any particular retailers? 
We have to buy quite a bit of furniture and I'm a little overwhelmed. We do have an Ikea close by.

I’ve had good luck with Wayfair. West Elm is also supposed to be pretty good.

I like Wayfair, Birch Lane and Ballard

For certain pieces we have had a lot of luck with IKEA. I like the HEMNES line of bookcases, for instance. Plus you can go into the store and get your things and drop them off for delivery and it costs less than ordering online.

I've also used Overstock and Amazon.

I’ve used Wayfair, but only when I already knew the brand and quality of the furniture. I think like Amazon the quality is all over the place.

Absolutely not.  I have had the WORST customer service ever with West Elm.  45 min to an hour on hold, lost orders, slow shipping, etc. etc.  AVOID.

There is a store near here and I was not impressed with the quality of many of their items, especially considering the price.

IKEA recently lowered their online shipping prices between $29 and $59 for large items (per order, not per item) and $9 if it is mailable.

We just bought a sectional sleeper for our office so it can double as a guest room. We ordered it from Wayfair and were really happy with their selection, the price, the delivery process, and their customer service! Would definitely buy from Wayfair again.

We have a showroom a few miles from us and I nearly died when I went in there. Beautiful... but I feel like I should t invest in expensive furniture until my kids are done ruining stuff.

Our dining room table is from Crate and barrel and we love it.
Kids rooms are PBK Catalina beds, etc

I’ve been really happy with Crate&Barrel. (And land of nod RIP university village). Customer service is great and haven’t had a problem with quality.

I saw that! We went to IKEA last weekend and bought two STUVA drawer sets for the kids and an entryway bench / coat rack. We also needed 3 HEMNES bookcases but didn't have any more space so I ordered them online after we came home and it was only $39 for delivery.
