It's not. The WaPo article yesterday said everything is likely to be dropped since he's a sitting Justice now.

Yeah I think Roberts is just following standard operating procedure here for when there are complaints made. i don't think this is Roberts actually thinking there's a problem and he needs to be off the court.

I read earlier in the week that Roberts sat on this until after he was confirmed. Don’t know if that would have made any difference. Probably not
