Cramping/dull aching not during your period

Does anyone get this? I feel it more on my lower left abdomen. Sometimes it can be sharp pain, but mostly just a dull achy/crampy feeling. Some discomfort to my lower left back too.

I have my yearly exam in two weeks, but just wondered if others experienced this too.

This happens to me sometimes during ovulation.

I do get cramping in my back throughout the month. I just figure it's my endometriosis.

Mittelschmerz? I get dull, achy, crampy pain mid way through my cycle. I never associated it with ovulation until I tracked my cycle when TTC.

Could be ovulation pain.

About every other month I get crampy/achey on my right side, except I don’t have an ovary over there. I figure it’s fantom ovulation pain.

I was going to suggest ovulation pain as well. I definitely get it and it seems to get worse as I get older.

Does this occur regularly each month or did it just start happening? If regularly then it is probably ovulation pain. It also sounds similar to the pain I had when I had a kidney infection. Do you have any other symptoms?

It could be that you have stool backed up in your colon, and a stool softener may help.

Although I think this is usually on your right side.

I've been getting this since I had my IUD put in, so I figured that's what it was.

I get this but I have a history of endo and cysts. The pain coming back has actually encouraged me to see an OBGYN that specializes in endo. I don't ovulate frequently but the times I do, I know it because I have that pain, too.

I feel like it has been starting post period for a while now. Sometimes there is a pulling sensation in the front. If it just happened mid-cycle I would think ovulation pain for sure, and most likely some of it is.

hamster, it is not constant as in every day, but it is frequent through out the month, each month.

I get the same thing right around the time I’m supposed to be ovulating. It ranges from just annoying to seriously painful.0
