Presumably she will not stay on as Secretary of State for a second term. Will she just do the book-and-speaker circuit? Something else I'm not thinking of?

I know people want her to run in 2016. I would be quite shocked if she did, but I also can't imagine her just completely retreating from public life and politics.

Do you really think she'd get past a Republican filibuster if nominated to the Court? I don't see her as the judicial type.

I would love it if she replaced Holder at Justice. Probably unlikely though. I don't think Obama would put her on the bench. It's well known that the Clintons have a lot of ethical skeletons, and I just don't see him wasting political capital on that.

I don't see her running in 2016. I just responded to the other thread, but ageism is strong when it comes to women. If she runs, the White House will be in Rep hands. Well, I think there's a good chance it will be anyway, given that the Reps seem to have more up-and-coming candidates and we will have had a Dem for 8 years at that point, but we'll see.

Maybe she actually will want to retreat from politics? I'd say that's not such an unlikely possibility.
