Do you bother even if you haven't been following g the program? I have been a member for a while and lost 10 lbs. I have been up and down the same 0.5 lbs for the past month. I ate like crap this week and will be up again. Why can't I just follow the damn plan! My meeting is tomorrow and DH will be out of town. I am trying to decide if I should pay for a babysitter to go to my meeting tomorrow. Like what's the point if I'm not even following it.

I find that attending meetings helps keep me on track. As soon as I start missing meetings, I stop tracking. As soon as I stop tracking, I start making bad choices. Go to the meeting. It will help you to refocus! I know at my meeting a lot of the ladies bring their kids.

Absolutely! The point is to get you back on track and going and facing the scale will help you with that.
Can you just bring your kid(s)? I do when I have to. We have a couple kids in our meeting. Nobody cares.

This. I think the meetings are actually more important when I've been screwing it up than when I've been a diligent little WWer.
