Suit jacket recommendation - plus sized

I need a black suit jacket.  I want one that isn't too stuffy and also don't want to spend a lot (I am in the process of losing weight).  Do you have any recommendations?  I need like a size 20 - 22.

I got one at Costco last year but it is knit. Matty M brand, I think it went up to an XXL and was ~$20. (I am around a 16 and bought an XL which was on the looser side).

I just bought my sister a suit from Eloquii and she loved it. The materials are all stretchy and have a nice weight to them to hang well. She's usually a 20, but the size 18 fit her well. I bought the 9 to 5 Stretch Work Blazer and Skirt.
