Is that when your prime membership is up? It went to $119 last year (for new memberships- renewals increased from that point forward, too).
Yes, that is when my yearly subscription is up. I'm a little (lol) behind the times.
Gotcha- ours had just renewed (and we've since tacked on several free months), so we haven't hit that pricing yet- it would be kind of funny if they upped it again before our account rolled.

Not for most things. We use Prime A LOT. 90% of what we get comes within two days. Some things are through other companies, so I pay attention to the delivery date and if it won’t work for us, I order through another company or I cancel if I didn’t notice in time.
But the vast majority of the time, we get things promptly.
Ours was getting longer, yes. Between that and all the third party sellers (and resulting higher prices), I cancelled prime when it came up for renewal a few months ago. I’ve been using Jet, Boxed, and Target, plus free Spotify to fill in the free music we used to stream. Jet and Boxed are SO much better than Amazon for household stuff - I have apps for both on my phone and just add to my lists or carts as I think of things, and then just order whenever I feel like the order has enough in it.
I don’t think I’m going back. $119 a year is stupid high.

I got an email this morning that my order would be delayed. The shipping window was alread 4 days long and it was supposed to be here today at the latest.
Now it’ll show up sometime between the 23rd and the 28th.
I haven't had any issues. However, I did just order a birthday gift for my nephew to be sent to Texas and it says it won't arrive until Tuesday. Which I guess is because of the holiday weekend?
When I have things shipped to myself in Baltimore they are almost always on time or early. I did the digital credit for slower delivery thing on something I ordered yesterday, and I got a notification that it will be delivered tomorrow.
I did recently have a problem with Amazon Fresh grocery delivery, but that's somewhat unrelated to Prime I guess. I will cancel Prime when I die at this rate. Between shipping and streaming I definitely get my money's worth.
Update: the item I ordered on Thursday, that said it would be delivered Tuesday, actually was delieverd today. So it was actual 2 day shipping.

How much do you pay for shipping on Boxed?
I haven’t paid for shipping yet. First order was free. After that, you have to meet a minimum. It’s similar for Jet ... difference is, Boxed is more like a Costco so you’re getting larger quantities but Jet is regular sized stuff. I think minimums are 35 or around that. Oh, the customer service has been great with both too.
Yes, I find things are not 2 day shipping. Like the order I placed 4 days ago that still isn't here.
If I really don't need something in 2 days ( and if I do, I usually pick it up at Target or something and not order online), I do the option that gives me a $5 credit for doing slower shipping.
We watch stuff on Amazon and use it to send gifts across the country so we will still pay for it as the $119 a year is less than what we would pay for shipping what we have the last year.
