Departure Day Planning Question

Me again! 

Is this reasonable for departure day? Our flight is around 9 pm.

Get up, eat breakfast in room, check out; leave luggage at hotel.  
leave for MK about 9:45. 
10:30 Buzz FP
11:45 SDMT
Some kind of QS Lunch 
1:05 BTMR
Do anything else the kids still really want to do. Shop? Get ice cream?
Leave about 4:30 to return to hotel via Disney transportation (Minnie van if we are running late)
Pick up luggage again

Sounds like a fun departure day - tire them out so they sleep on that plane!! And definitely do the resort check-in.....that line at MCO to check bags is no joke. We're going to do everything in our power to avoid it this time.

We have a 4:30pm flight but I booked fastpasses at Hollywood Studios until 1:30pm.  I figure we'll grab something at quick service and then drive to the airport.
