We started monthly game night with friends. The kids are 3, 7, and 11. The 3 year old doesn't really play, just hands out. What are your favorite games.
What we have played before:
Bob Ross Happy Little Accidents
Outburst
Codenames
What I just bought
Catan Jr. (this is a ton of fun), only four players though so we have to play teams.
My kids (5&10) got The Game of Life for Christmas and they are obsessed. We also love Tenzi (dice game - it's cheaper to buy a set of dice and the Tenzi cards on Amazon than buying a full Tenzi set).

Oh we already have this one. That is a good idea. I need to go through all of our games. I feel like the kids have abused them a bit and not sure we have all the pieces lol.
Our favorite games at home are Carcasonne and Ticket to Ride First Journey. Neither one would work for a larger group, though.
They also love to play Quirkle, Tenzi, and Mille Bornes. We have also had fun doing puzzle races, Kids vs Adults. The kids get a 100 piece puzzle and the adults get a 300 piece puzzle.
We like to play (with a 3.5yo & 5yo) -Sneaky Snacky Squirrel -Stack Up (peaceable kingdom cooperative game) -race to the treasure (peaceable kingdom cooperative game) -Spot It Jr animals (card game) -qbitz junior
Kids like but we are bored by -candy land -hoot hoot owl (peaceable kingdom cooperative game)
My favorite board game is Parcheesi. I also really like Disney trivia and kids usually know there answers as well so it is not as frustrating as trivial pursuit. I had a game called bonkers I liked until I lost too many pieces, but the gist was the rules changed as cards were drawn. I also love almost any card game and since are better for large groups like rummy 500 with multiple decks of cards.
Sushi Go! www.amazon.com/Sushi-Go-Pick-Pass-Card/dp/B00J57VU44 My 5yo loves it, my 3yo can kind of play it. Up to 5 players. You can get pretty advanced with the strategies, but for littler kids they can actually do pretty well just by picking cute cards (it's adorable).
Guesstures is fun for a group. And kids have a great time too. My nephew played it with the family when he was 3, and he really didn't understand how to play at all, but really enjoyed copying what we all did so he felt like he was participating
Apples to Apples is another fun one that the older kids would probably get a kick out of.

Your 3 year old could play Pass the Pandas with a bit of help. You’ll need the deluxe version for so many players. Ticket to Ride and Qwirkle are favorites. Sushi Go and Roll For It would be great for the kids too. You could look into King of Tokyo, zombie dice is fun too, although not sure if you want to do that with a little one.
Catan Jr (which I do see you already have Phase 10 Unstable Unicorns I just taught the 7 YO to play Risk, she took to it really well, though we dind't play with some of the more complicated rules
We have had a blast playing Silly Street (perfect for younger kids, and a great reason to be silly as an adult) We also like Happy Salmon - it is fun, fast paced and hilarious.
