Please help me plan interview look

Please give eye suggestions— neutral / makeup no makeup eye looks.  Also lip suggestions. I’m not inclined to wear red because the skirt is my statement but I do not know what to wear instead of red. Also, I will be working the whole day and then going to the interview. Best tips for freshening up the face close to go-time? Does the magic water work for that, pixy0stix ?

I go with a matte or almost-matte eye look for interviewing. I'm not sure what your skin tone is like, so I don't know if my suggestions would work for you. Here's what I do: a pale beige all over the lid, a light neutral pink in the crease and blended up towards the brow bone and onto the outer corner of my lid, a dark brown liner. Sometimes I'll add a little subtle shimmer (with a very light touch) on my brow bone and inner corner. I add mascara, but generally a more subtle one.

Lipstick-wise, my go to interview color is Bobbi Brown Sandwash Pink lipstick. I also like NYX butter lipstick in Root Beer Float and Nars satin lip pencil in Rikugien.

I agree, I’d go with a matte neutral eye look. I personally would go with a brown mascara but that’s just what I like right now. I’d also stick with a more subtle contour and blush just to give definition and a MLBB lipstick.

I like Mac Fix+ if I’m trying to refresh my makeup but usually I just blot with an oil blotting sheet and reapply lipstick and I’m got to go.

I think you could also do a simple champagne or sheer pink gloss. Something not sparkly. I think it will make it look fresh and springy.
