Father's day, replacement thing

Do you guys who travel a lot know of a really good pouch to use for your contacts and such when traveling? This brought to you by the woman who apparently completely inappropriately decluttered her husband's favorite travel bag ever just because it looked like it was 20 years old and it was 20 years old. 

Seriously I do feel bad so I want to replace the thing for him. I shouldn't have discarded the bag, I did know better. I was just on a roll discarding old gross looking stuff. 

Also maybe this can be a thread for father's day ideas if you're doing a gift for father's day....

I got DH an Away carryon for Christmas last year, and he loves it. He travels a ton (he hit Mosaic status on JetBlue for the year a few weeks ago - tons of travel), and he is really pleased with it. That said, he continues to use a disgusting ziplock bag for his toiletries when he travels, and hasn’t tried any of the kits I’ve purchased for him.

DH ordered himself stuff from Manscaping. Pouch they came in seems masculine and functional. I love Scout bags and some of them are guy suitable patterns. He did mention that one of DD’s Ipsy bags would be perfect for his gel and hair spray, which made me laugh. LLBean also has great toiletry bags for guys.

No idea as DH just throws his toothbrush in with his clothes and calls it good. He doesn't even put it in a case or plastic bag. Eww

DH would like a new smoker as he sold his to his boss for $100. I told him we would see as the one he wants is $$$ so unless it goes on sale we may have to figure something else out.

Dh had eye surgery about 10 years ago, so he gleefully only packs his toothbrush and shaving stuff and off he goes.

He helpfully pointed out some Columbia boat shoes at Academy the other day that he would like for Fathers day. Great! Saves me time not trying to figure something out.

If I were a really good wife, I'd get him Lasik to replace is travel pouch. But I think no.

This girl didn't get it LOL.  I did get tired of hearing the b#$@%ing and whining about contacts and the heavy safety glasses he had to wear for work.  I think it went something like: FOR GOD'S SAKE JUST GET THE DAMN SURGERY! And off he went.

mustardseed2007, I have a really nice hanging one from eBags. It’s called the Pack It Flat Toiletry kit. That sucker holds a lot and is very space-conscious. Doesn’t take up much room in the suitcase at all because it really does stay completely flat.

Eagle Creek makes some good stuff for travel. They might have a few different options for toiletry kits.
