At first I voted no because it’s more my forearm than my wrist. But then after I clicked the link, I changed my answer since the pictures are a loose definition of “wrist.”
I guess I’m not broken after all. (Well, maybe a little since mine isn’t centered.)

I have one on my right wrist. I can't miss it because it has an annoying habit of gaining a hair. I have three small ones on the top of my other wrist, but never really noticed them until I read this. Of course, I have hundreds of freckles so a few on my wrists are not too surprising.
I replied no but I do have one dark centred freckle on my inner left arm, but I measured and it is closer to my elbow than my wrist so I don’t think it particularly counts. I’m guessing there is a high occurrence of wrist freckles since that part of your body is likely to see a lot of sun over the course of your life.
I have a gazillion freckles, so yes. I do have a more prominent freckle on my left wrist.
Weirder is that I always have one freckle on the palm of my left hand. They fade over time and another one always pops up. Last one was middle of my left thumb, current one is bottom of left pinkie.

You measured?
Like with my fingers from my other hand. I did not bust out a ruler. It’s about 1” closer to my elbow than my wrist.
Please note: I am both an engineer and a quilter, so I am all about measurement!
