I know few people have bought these for their kiddos and I think it's time for us to get one for DD H has been letting her wear his vivosport for a couple weeks to see how she likes it and she is a fan.
Now, my question- did you get the stretchy or adjustable? And how old/big is your kiddo?
DD is 7 and skinny so I want to make sure it'll last. TIA!
DS is almost 6 and he has the stretchy. I was worried the adjustable would come undone at recess or something and we would never see it again. He is on the big side for his age (upper 80%) and it fits him perfectly.
I got the adjustable as I think I read it was smaller on the tightest setting than the stretch band would be. My daughter is newly 5, super tiny wrists, very active and it stays on fine. It's definitely a bit loose but no so much that she can easily turn it all the way around on her wrist. She has to work really hard to slide it off without unbuckling it.
She absolutely loves it. She's very motivated by getting her 60 mins of activity a day and getting a new move on the accompanying app on my phone. I wasn't sure if she'd stay interested in it or not, but I've been pleasantly surprised!

Get the adjustable for sure.
The stretchy was huge on my almost 7 year old’s wrist when we got it last summer. So we ordered the jr 2 with the adjustable instead.
We did need to replace the adjustable band 9 months later. Of course all the off brands were uncomfortable to her so I had to spend the $25 on a new Garmin band.

Also my daughter is a swimmer and swims anywhere from 4-10 hours a week in it and it’s never once come undone. It’s never come off during camp or school either.
The vivosport she is wearing now is adjustable (and she is on the 2nd smallest notch) and it hasn't been an issue, so I think that may be the way to go!
My kids have had one for a year. My 6yo wears the stretchy, but he’ll probably be ready for adjustable by the end of the year. My 10yo wears the adjustable.
