It's our Gotcha Day!

We call it LastName Day and celebrate it like a small B-day. In the past, we did a gift but we skipped it this year. We're going to Chucky Cheese so she'll still end up with a toy she'll forget about by next week. DD and I talked about what today means but she doesn't quite get it yet. She's excited anyway and I'm so very grateful for her.

Does anyone want to share how you celebrate your Gotcha day? I'm always looking for new ideas to make today special for our family.

We don't really celebrate the day (G is not even 2 yet, so...that might change). It's also close to Valentine's day, so we might just love on him a bit extra that entire month. LOL

TBH I usually forget the day. TPR took a while and it was a quick court date with just the 3 of us when we finalized. The only way I remember is if the court pic shows up on my FB memory, LOL.
