I only have one dimple on one cheek but not the other.
Also one molar never had an adult tooth under it. I was told my baby tooth would just die. When I was about 24 it started hurting. I had it pulled and an implant put in. I was also missing one wisdom tooth. DD is missing the same tooth. I was also told my children would be prone to missing teeth as well.
I have a sacral dimple, aka a second butt hole basically that doesn’t go all the way through.
Fun fact, I thought everyone had one of these until I had DS and doctors got all freaked out in the hospital because DS has one too and it could be a sign or spina bifida or not being able to use your legs. The doctor came in and made a note about it, that we’d have to go to the children’s hospital for a follow up and ultrasound and left and I turned to H and was like “oh... not everyone has one?” And he looked at me all confused. I then had to chase the doctor out of the room to let her know that I had one too and it was likely genetical. We both have perfect use of our legs.
This scenario happened to my son. I don’t have one and we had to go through the whole process. I was a mess and Eric was already back at work so I was doing this with just me and my mom. After the ultrasound where everything was fine I was talking to him and said that basically it is a butt dimple. He proceeded to tell me how he thinks he has one. He does that apparently I never noticed. I wanted to kill him.
Butt dimple is probably a better term for it than second butthole LOL.

I used to have a mole on my bellybutton. I had to get it removed because it exploded. It was an outtie and then my bellybutton turned into an innie. I think that is the weirdest thing I have on my body. I also really bruise easily in the summer time. I have no idea why, but my mom has the same thing.
I also never grew wisdom teeth. My mom had 2. The irony is that my mouth is kinda too big & having wisdom teeth could have helped out teeth alignment or something according to my orthodontist.
I had two extra wisdom teeth, so a total of 34 permanent teeth.
I had one extra wisdom tooth and my brother was missing one!

I have one too! I had a pilonidal cyst grow from it!
I don’t think I have this, but I had a pilonidal cyst when I was like 21 and all the drs told me how I was not the typical person that would have one of these (apparently hairy men get them a lot and I am neither hairy nor male). That was AWFUL. I had an I&D and eventually surgery.
My mom had 3 front teeth as a kid. One of my cousins kids had it too. The extra tooth fell out with the other baby teeth and there was no extra adult tooth.

I'm tongue tied, and it's severe. My tongue is attached all the way to its tip on the bottom of my mouth. Apparently when breastfeeding was less common in the 70s, doctors stopped checking for it, so mine wasn't ever clipped. To have to it fixed as I got older would have been a more major surgery, so I've never had it done. (My cousin had it too and had his fixed at 18. He couldn't really eat or talk properly for nearly a month.) I cannot stick my tongue out at all.

My DS (11) just has his cut. His was complete as well. Within 2 weeks he was talking completely normally and says that the best part is being able to lick ice cream cones LOL

My daughter has this. She had her first orthodontist appt this week, and she has an extra permanent tooth above the extra baby tooth that will eventually have to come out.
I had impacted baby molar that had to come out when I was a kid. Dd has the same exact thing and hers will have to come out too.
I only have three wisdom teeth.
I don't have flat nails on my pinkie toes. They are more like tiny rocks that I attempt to file smooth. I think I have that accessory nail going on too. And I have tailor bunions that my family has always referred to as my 6th toes. I can't wear any strappy sandals because of them sticking out.

I also had this, the tie also extended from the gums between my lower teeth to my lower lip. I had both clipped when I was 15 (1987). It was done because it was pulling down the gums protecting my teeth, I then I had a skin graft to replace what had been pulled down (and I had it redone in 2011). I couldn't stick my tongue out when I had it, but I can now. I still have a lisp, though.
I only had 2 upper wisdom teeth, no lower. I don't think that's so odd, people have all different combinations of how many wisdom teeth they have.

Also, I have grooves in my nails. Someone told me it’s from anesthesia.
I have a white streak in my hair, on the front left side. I’m blonde, so you can’t really see it unless I dye it dark, and that spot just doesn’t take much color.
I don’t know if it’s weird exactly but I have thalassemia minor, which is a blood condition that is somewhat rare in many parts of the US but common in Italians. In my case I’m just always anemic and I need to have blood standing by for surgery and we needed genetic counseling before having DS. I guess it must look pretty weird on a CBC if you don’t know because when I lived in a city without much of a Mediterranean population doctors would freak out if I forgot to tell them.
ETA: one wild thing I forgot is there is a body of thought that thalassemia protects from malaria. I remember when I first read that thinking all genetic mutations should come with that kind of bonus. Like, sorry, you are going to be run down for life but let me tell you about your immunity to a deadly disease!
Other than that, I do have really large bony growths in my mouth near my tongue - Torus mandibularis. I didn’t realize everyone didn’t have them until my 20s. I also have them in a few other places in my mouth but the ones on the bottom are most noticeable.
My husband has thalassemia. And it always throws his doctors because he is a red haired, blue eyed, freckle with a very Irish sounding name. He got it from his dad. My husband’s paternal grandmother was born in Italy (and his paternal grandfather in Ireland, hence the Irish last name).

That's a fast recovery! Great for him! And LOL about ice cream cones. I've always managed those okay, although I'm sure I look like a nut eating them.

I've been fortunate that it hasn't pulled my gums down, and I never had any speech issues.
bittybomb, I guess that's why they made us do the counseling. DH's background is French and Norwegian but you never know. DS didn't end up getting any copies of it from me, which was still a possibility. He's on his own for malaria, I guess.

I had my pilonidal cyst removed as well. It was awful. I do not wish that upon my worst enemy!

Count me in on the pilonidal cyst surgery! I had it done at 16 and again at 17. Mine was pretty large and deep. I had open wound healing done for both. It was not fun. Especially when the packing gauze stuck to the inner raw flesh. 😱
The roof of my mouth is not flat, but instead bows in toward my tongue like an inverted dome. I had no idea this wasn't normal until my dentist mentioned it a few years ago. He said he's only seen a few other mouths like it (but also that it's nothing to be concerned about).
wait, other people have flat roofs? Huh, I never knew the roof of my mouth wasn’t normal.
Maybe? I guess I assumed "normal" meant flat. Could be arched, I suppose. I guess I don't know for sure - I didn't ask! Now I'm curious. What is yours like?

mine is like what you described but not severe like what TR said

The open wound healing was the worst! My grandma and boyfriend had to pack my wound. So embarrassing! I was 23.
You know the signs of skin cancer? I have a birthmark that fits almost all of the signs. Doctors always seem really concerned about it until I tell them that I’ve literally had it for my entire life and it’s never changed.
Other than that, I do have really large bony growths in my mouth near my tongue - Torus mandibularis. I didn’t realize everyone didn’t have them until my 20s. I also have them in a few other places in my mouth but the ones on the bottom are most noticeable.
Whelp, I'm just a few months shy of turning 40 and just now learning this isn't common. LOL! I've never heard of this condition (and no dentist or orthodontist) has ever mentioned it, but after Googling, I definitely have this.
I have weird veins in my legs, but I can't remember exactly how. Many years ago I had to get an ultrasound for DVT (thankfully no clots) and the ultrasound tech said my veins were either rotated or in a different location than expected. Nothing dangerous, just curious. I also have a propensity to growing ganglions.
I’m I just googled. I have that too. I thought mouths were just like that!
My left foot is perfect- like could be in a magazine. My right foot is so weird. The toes are all crooked, the second toe is super long, and the pinky toe hide under the ring toe. The roof of my mouth has a massive ridge at the midline. Most people (that I’ve asked) have a little ridge. Mine is super deep. Also, I have central heterochromia, and even the dmv people have had trouble pinning down an eye colour for me.
I also have central heterochromia. My dad has it too and so does my DS1. Technically, the outer color is the "true" color. My eyes are easier to identify because they are blue outer/green inner. But my dad and DS1's are way harder to pick a color. From a distance, DS1's eyes look brownish, but that's technically just the inner color and the outer part is....hazel? Interestingly, DS2 has sectoral heterochromia, his eyes are brown but one has a small section of blue.
