Question about memory maker

We are going to Disney in October. My sister arrives first and then we arrive a few days later, we overlap for three days and then they leave and we are on our own.

If we were to get the memory maker - does she have to buy it through her account since she’s there first? And then as long as we all linked together it will still work for me even after she leaves?

I am not sure if it matters who buys it. However if you are all linked in MDE you should all have access to it.

I don't think who buys it or who gets there first matters as long as it is all linked to everyone on MDE. There is a chat feature on disneyworld.com that I found to be very useful for questions.
