We go Sunday and forecast is all 90s. No one in my family will be prepared for this. Where are the best places to dip in to the A/c? What other things do I need to have packed? Omg I’m kinda scared all the sudden.

We just got back a few weeks ago. I live in Buffalo and while it's warm here we definitely aren't used to a 100+ heat index
We bought misting fans and cooling towels off amazon because they are $$$ in the park
I know not everyone loves these but we tried to do a midday break most of the days and that helped a lot.
If we didn't do a midday break, we found a cool place to sit down for lunch and an indoor attraction. We liked Pecos Bills, Satu'li Canteen for lunch especially
We drank a ton of water too. And changed clothes at least once a day
I will say that after a day or two I kinda got used to it. But was still happy to get home to 70 degree temps. Good luck!

I need to take a break in the middle of the day. We usually go to the parks in the morning, have lunch (in the a/c), and then leave for a few hours. We go to the pool, hang out at the hotel, etc. Then we go back to the parks when the weather starts to cool off, around 4-5 pm. If you don’t want to do that, I’d at least make sure you eat lunch indoors in the a/c, carry water bottles for everyone, wear cool, comfortable clothing, and I found that wearing a hat also helped. In the afternoon, when it’s the hottest, avoid rides that have lines outside. Thankfully there are a lot of indoor shows and rides/lines that are indoors. And take breaks when you need them!
Stay hydrated. Water alone doesn't do it for me. I drink a lot of water, but find that I need something more when I start to fizzle from the heat, although it is better if you can get something in you before you fizzle...same with food. They sell powerade at the parks, but I don't think it works for me as well as Gatorade or coconut water....or even a nice fruity beverage like the Sour Sarlacc that I had when we went to Galaxy's Edge.
I have this little misting fan, and I like that I can clip it to a belt loop or a lanyard...or I guess to a bag, but we try not to bring bags. Small Carabiner Keychain Misting Fan, Teal www.amazon.com/dp/B00TQPO3DU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_pFnEDb1KKWA91 We have only used it once, but we found it helpful and convenient.
Hats definitely help, and cooling neckbands work, but making sure that you balance outdoor rides with rides, attractions and shops in the a/c will make a big difference.

In addition to starting early and taking a midday break, when we went years ago, we brought in a small soft sided cooler bag with ice in ziplocks and wet wash cloths. Then we just wiped our faces and necks with the cold rags.
We went the last week of August. We swam every day in the afternoon, like 12-3. Cold water, eat lunch/dinner inside, and bring or buy one of those spritzing fans. Hats that provide lots of shade.
We went in July and it was awful. I mean I live in Houston and we still couldn't cope. Taking a mid day break is the only way we could make it. Also make sure you have a good touring plan so you aren't back tracking or criss crossing the parks.
EPCOT is one of the easier parks to beat the heat IMO. You can spend a lot of time in the A/C with the different pavilions in Future World. The World Showcase is a long walk and hot but again you can duck into air conditioned shops. We can spend all day there and be fine.
MK is the next easiest park to beat the heat. You can walk through the shops on main street to stay in the A/C. There are also several rides with a long indoor queue that have A/C--Pirates of the Caribbean, The Little Mermaid ride, the character meet and greats near Dumbo, Space Mountain. We would FP rides with hot, slow lines like Seven Dwarves Mine Train and Peter Pan.
In AK and HS it's much harder to stay cool. Everything is a walk. Just have a portable fan and hope for the best. We found both parks to be more bearable after sunset.

I am affected more by the humidity than the heat so mornings are the worst time for me. We went Labor Day and I could basically wring out my clothes when we left (we were there from 9am-1pm). Just be prepared for changing clothes mid-day if you can't stand staying wet.
It's helpful to scope out air conditioned quick service spots in advance - they are pretty limited, especially in places like World Showcase. MK has my least favorite counter service spots but their air conditioning game is strong; other parks are not as great with that. That will help you make quick decisions when the family needs to eat right.now. but need some AC to cool off (or, might prompt you to book a lunch at a sit down restaurant).

It was in the hundreds when we were there in May (ugh) and we stayed cool by: - Getting in the park early and leaving around noon, taking monorail back to hotel for swim and super air conditioned nap and then back to the parks for ~4pm. - Mickey's Philharmagic. I'm not even joking when I say we did it 6 times in 3 days at MK. - Misting fans - Shows, Shows, Shows - besides Philharmagic, Enchanted Tales with Belle, Disney Jr Dance Party, new Cars racing show at HS, Carousel of Progress, Monsters Inc Laugh Floor, Turtle Talk - Indoor rides with (mostly) indoor lines - Mexico boat ride, Voyage of the Little Mermaid, The Land, Finding Nemo - Skipped Animal Kingdom - I find it to be so hot there!
