Oh I am so sorry. You are doing all the right things for your son.
At some point if your nephew (or anyone else who isn't already connected with a therapist) needs some help your local hospice could be a good start to ask for counseling resources. Ours has therapists who specialize in loss and trauma and sessions are usually free and easy to schedule, not needing to deal with insurance etc. I'm so, so sorry this has happened.

I am so sorry.
My family suffered back to back losses of my aunt, then cousin, then uncle all from one nuclear family over about a year's time. It was awful and felt like a twilight zone episode.
I agree with the hospice recommendation if anyone needs it. Also, FWIW, I think you’re a pretty incredible mom to have already taken steps with/for your son amidst your unbelievable heartbreak. Remember to take good care of yourself, too!
