sandandsea, ugh that is the worst!! Why is it out?? And any timetable of when it will come back on??
PG&E shut offs. They turned it back on later last night. We may lose it again but who knows. Thankfully we aren’t near any fires.
So I think I’ll try to grill the salmon tonight so we don’t lose it if they shut off the power again!!
Then some chicken breasts the next night!
Really I have to stop stocking the freezer. It was our second shut off in a month and theyve already said they won’t cover food spoilage that their shut offs cost.
sandandsea, with those shut offs, are all the stores and restaurants closed too? We are trying to figure out how best to help some of our contractors stuck out there with no power and I wasn't sure if something like a GrubHub or Target gift card would even be useful.
