Are y’all looking to buy any home stuff this discount season? Any websites had awesome deals in the past you might not otherwise have considered for cyber Monday?
I’ve bought curtains from jcp this time of year. Blinds dot com seemed to have good deals as well. I’m not sure if I have firm enough bathroom plans to pull the trigger on an unexpected hardware deal, but I’m open to it. I’ll probably check out some lighting websites. Maaaybe vanities too but I don’t know if I’m ready for that.
Every year I vow* to have a running list for November purchase and I seem to forget until October....
I have some stuff in my cart at target to furnish our new playroom that I'm hoping to get some kind of discount on.
I also have a closet design from easy closets that I put together almost a year ago that I've been waiting to pull the trigger on. I'm hoping for at least 20% off for the holidays.
I want an artificial Christmas tree and maybe some decor for our bedroom.
I might see if I can find a good deal on living room furniture. Does anyone know if Macy's Black Friday sale includes furniture? We decided to postpone buying furniture because of some unexpected repair and vet bills this month, but might go ahead and buy it if the price is right.
This weekend I ordered 3 flushmounts I'd had my eye on. They were about 20% off so I figured I should just order them since I'd been watching them for so long.
I don't have specific plans for Black Friday purchases but thought I'd share a furniture deal story in case it's helpful to someone else. I've been keeping an eye out for a coffee table for a while--we moved in over a year ago and still don't have one. Found one at West Elm that fits our space (note: U-shaped sectionals make it really difficult to find a coffee table that's small enough) and it even went on sale a few days after I found it, but the free in-store pickup option that had been on the site went away. DH called customer service to find out if there was a way to get around the delivery fee and they ended up offering him an even better discount on the coffee table, plus delivery for only $35 if he would commit on the spot. So, lesson learned that sometimes you can get a better deal if you're willing to call! We saved an additional $80 or so over the sale price.
I am a die hard real christmas tree person, but I super hate dealing with fresh garlands for outside. So after years of buying fresh ones and spending all that time wrapping them with lights, I finally bought some fake, pre-lit garlands from Frontgate. They were having 30% off and the ones I got look really nice. I'll still get a real wreath for the front door, but HOORAY for easier holiday decorating outside! (not yet, though! #respectthebird!!)
I am hoping that I won't be kicking myself for ordering them before black Friday, but I thought that 30% off was pretty good.

Ooooh! I'm in the market for something similar but I can never really tell what they'll look like online. Could you link the ones you found?
We need a new king size mattress. Our is a pillow top, but it is getting really soft. I feel like I sink down into it now.
I just bought a mattress, and I thought it was good advice to buy something firmer than you think you want, because you can always soften a mattress with foam toppers and stuff but you can't make it more firm. Just sharing since it's not something I thought of. We ended up with a Simmons BeautyRest something-or-other and I really like it so far.
