I love this heated eye mask, and everyone that I have given it to does too. Some use it for dry eye, some to relax, and some have found that it helps with migraines. I used mine today for all of the above. www.amazon.com/dp/B074J52WST/ref=cm_sw_r_em_apa_i_Ag0ZDbCR6YX1K
It has a lavender insert that can be removed if fragrance bothers a person (I removed mine), but some people find the lavender relaxing.

Philosophy pink frosted animal cookie lip gloss or Buxom lip gloss in Dolly Silicone straws or other reusable stuff (snack bags, etc) Good vanilla (from Penzey's or Williams Sonoma - with the whole bean in the bottle)
And I've tried pretty much every face mask that Target has to offer and I like these as much as my favorites from there, and they are sooo much cheaper. So hydrating.
Warm fuzzy socks cocoa mix and/or coffee mini liquor bottles or larger bottle of something like Bailey's, Rumchata, etc. Gift set of lip glosses or nail polishes (like the ones they often have at TJ Maxx, especially around Christmas) Yeti mug (on sale maybe less than $20??) Set of fine line colored Sharpies or Papermate Flair marker pens I really like the maple syrup idea! You could throw in pancake mix. Specialty beers (this would be DH's pick--like bourbon barrel stouts) One of your favorite cook books A cool "local" gift, like a locally made candle, local food item, throw pillow, or local bath products
Ring/trinket holders. My friend makes these and they are gorgeous. It is acrylic and resin and each one is different. They might be a little higher than your $20 budget (I think they are $25/$30) but she does a discount for bulk orders.
scented candles Pore Minimizer from Benefit umbrellas (you can NEVER have too many umbrellas!) cool pens (purple glitter gel pens come to mind) home address stamp

It’s more practical than fun, but for jewelry wearers, I love the diamond dazzle stick. It is a pen w cleaner that you use to clean rings, earrings, etc. the stones in my rings look incredible after using it & it’s really quick to use. It’s also only $6 so you could pair it with something else.
This is now 25 (I swear it was on sale when I bought it) but it is my favorite thing. It's a bit bigger than a regular phone charger but you don't have to carry both because it acts just like a wall charger + it has a back up battery. I love it and it has saved me so many times. It is always in my work bag.
