I'd rather not spend a lot of time searching through recipes tonight. My parents will be here tomorrow for dinner, but we won't get home until late. I have a bunch of chicken breasts. Looking for new ideas for crock-pot chicken meals.
I’ve made this pulled chicken recipe a couple of times. It’s super easy and always a hit! Tastes great just as sandwiches but would also be good in tacos.
The prep instructions are cut off if you're not a subscriber but you dump everything minus the chicken into a blender to make a sauce, then put the chopped raw chicken and sauce into the slow cooker on low 6ish hours.
This looks yummy (and low carb which is good for me). Thanks!
My H loves chicken parm in the crock pot. Coat chicken with egg and breadcrumb/grated parm mixture, layer with shredded mozz and can of pasta sauce. It comes out super tender.

Chicken is frozen or no? Cook on low/ high, for how long? This sounds like my family would like it.
