I like to go back to these posts and plan my meals off of other peoples ideas. Mine are boring this week but I'm better off than weeks past when I didn't really plan well at all.

This weeks for me is all about getting DD to eat. She lost over 5lbs being sick over Thanksgiving and is still barely eating. Last night: braised elk, mashed potatoes, and canned green beans. I use this recipe except I used elk steaks instead of beef and both times I’ve made it I cooked it for 2 hours instead of one.
