Chief Operating Officer? H handles the money coming in and I handle the money going out, so I don't really see myself as the CFO. I also handle all of the appointments and schedules, so maybe I am the Executive Assistant as well?

I would classify myself as CFO and COO.
CFO - I generally do the strategic plan (mostly around debt-payoff and savings) and budget, with input from DH. I also manage our accounts and bills.
COO - I make sure everything at home runs smoothly. I handle things like insurance and insurance renewals, all the school stuff, groceries/meals, and doctor and dentist appointments.
Alllll of them. I run the house, schedule the appointments, remember when things need to get done, manage all the finances, manage the kids and the dogs, I do it all.
Hazard of DH being gone for months at a time for the majority of our marriage. He couldn’t manage any of it so now that he’s mostly around, he still doesn’t because I’ve just always done it so as far as he’s concerned a magical unicorn comes and does it all. So yeah I’m going with in the magical unicorn.
