Rather than buy a pricey eye cream, I would recommend getting a free consultation at a med spa to see what they’d recommend. It would still be pricey, but you’ll get better results in a short period of time.

This! I’ve tried a lot of products and I can’t recommend any of them; I feel like the only things that actually work for me are Botox and fillers. When I leave the office, I know where my money went.

Once you have those fine lines, unfortunately no eye cream will get rid of them. A good, hydrating eye cream can help minimize the look of them. I like either:
I don't really deal with dark circles, but using a peachy colored under eye primer and a concealer one shade lighter than your skin tone will help cover them. The Pixi correction concentrate is supposed to be good.
And like previous posters said, the only way to really get rid of the issue is with fillers and botox, if you want to go that route.

Have tried so many different eye creams and nothing really works. I have tried expensive things like Rodan and Fields and then things like Olay and they all work the same.
Thanks all! Botox isn’t in the budget but I might make some calls just to see if I should consider saving up for it.
It’s actually cheaper than most people realize. For the eye area, they use a tiny amount, just two units on each side. I’ve heard people pay as low as $10/unit (I pay $15 in VHCOL) and it lasts three months. When you compare that to a high-end eye cream, it’s comparable.
It gets $$$ once you start doing your whole forehead. For instance, you could do 20 units in your 11s alone. That’s when it begins to add up.

Does Botox help with dark circles, or just lines? I guess fillers might decrease shadows a bit?
Botox for lines. Fillers are usually used to conceal eye bags.
Sometimes there are workarounds too, like injecting Botox in the far outer corner under your eyebrow to make you look more refreshed/awake. (I haven’t tried it but one NP was telling me about it.) Worth a consult.

You can get fillers in the undereye area if you have deep tear troughs. It won't actually lighten the color but sometimes dark circles look worse due to shadowing in that area and this helps with that.
