WHAT?! Congrats!! I was wondering about your last FET!
Early on both times. First one at like 9 weeks because I was put on bed rest for a week. Second one like right at 12 weeks because I was sooooo bloated it was hard to hide.

Congrats! I told at the end of my first trimester the first time and I told my manager around 6 weeks the second time because our maternity leave policy changed and I needed to up my hours to qualify.
1st time- day after I found out. So like 4 weeks. I was young and didn’t really know better, it was fine.
2nd time - I had to tell around 9ish weeks because my boss bullied me into it because I was super sick.
3rd time - I waited as long as possible, I think I was close to 20 weeks probably. I was pissed at my job at that point and had little desire to share anything with them. Only told because they wanted me to go to China around the time I was due so I was forced into telling. Also I had a loss between 2nd and 3rd baby so I generally felt different about that last pregnancy.
I never really "announced," it was sort of "need to know basis" and went from there. Since I am an equity partner, I don't really have a boss, just partners to whom I'm accountable. The more recent pregnancy, I told the partner who would cover most of my cases very early, like 7-8 weeks, so he could plan accordingly. I told the rest of my partners around 9 weeks after we saw the heartbeat. My assistant straight up asked me around 11 or 12 weeks, and lying wouldn't have been productive (although I was irked to be asked while still waiting for NIPT results), and it became public-ish from there. My short torso doesn't hide pregnancy very well.

Thank you!! I sort of hid announcements in random posts on ML and TTC Grads.
I'm probably delusional about how I look at this point, and I've really been digging deep into my baggy sweater collection lately, lol.
It was around 13/14 weeks after we told everyone we wanted to first. It coincided with discussions about work projects that would take place while I was on leave so I didn't want to wait too long.

Congrats! For both, I told after the first trimester. I probably could've waited longer with my first because I could cover my bump until around 16 weeks. With my second, two of the ladies I worked with were onto me before I said anything because I was constantly snacking, and our desks were visible to each other, so I couldn't hide it.
I told my manager around 15 weeks, and she mentioned it in a meeting around 17-18 weeks (with my ok) because I never mentioned it to others. I don’t like attention.

If I'm being honest, I think some of my hesitancy to share this time around has to do with that. Things seem to be better now, but I was really unhappy last year and I just am not in a "personal news" sharing mood with some of the partners at the moment.
24 weeks the first time. 18.5 weeks this time and still havent told them. I have my anatomy scan on Monday and plan to tell them next week, but we shall see.
Its super awkward for me because I started this job October 2017, took leave from May 2018-September 2019 and now will be off again from June 2020-January 2022. Oh well.
pandora89, that must be fairly common in Canada though, right? Although I guess you've been able to take even longer than most. An 18 month leave each time sounds sooo nice!

18 months came into effect December 2017, so right after I got pregnant with DS, prior to that it was 12 months. But yes, people coming back from leave pregnant or becoming pregnant soon after leave is quite common here, even more so with the extended leave so I dont know know why I am so nervous about telling them. My job is also protected for the 18 months + vacation time (which we accrue while on leave) so really, they cant do anything.
I interviewed for my current job when I was 15 weeks so I had to tell my boss so he would have that information up front. I told him AFTER he offered me the job, though.
Then I asked him to keep it private and I started talking about it openly after our 20 week ultrasound. I didn't do a big announcement or anything.
I was only 10 weeks, but I had just found out that I was having twins and was starting to get reaaally sick, and had approximately one million appointments and ultrasounds. I also wanted to prepare them for potentially having to go off of work early. It was a good thing that I did, since my OB put me on modified bed rest at 28 weeks.
I don’t tell until after my anatomy scan. With our first pregnancy 8 years ago, we got terrible news at our anatomy scan. Even if that wasn’t our history, I still see no advantages to telling early unless it impacts your job duties (like you need to stop lifting stuff or need to explain being super sick). I feel like even subconsciously it may impact promotion and pay decisions.
I’m currently expecting my 4th and shared the news last week at 19 weeks. I still haven’t told many of my clients.
With #1 I wasn't even 4 weeks. My boss knew we were doing IVF (because of all the appointments) and he point blanked asked me "sooo did it work?" a few days after my BFP.
With #2 I told my boss and HR at 12/13 weeks but never announced to everyone else. It just kind of became apparent, ha.
I can't believe you're already almost half done! Exciting

I'm at 10 weeks, nothing yet. We are trying to hire two positions and things are stressful now for various reasons...was thinking the announcement would be better when things are more settled. But seriously I don't think we'll hire those positions for another 4-6 weeks and I'm thinking I will be really showing by then so I'll adjust. It won't be a huge deal whenever I do tell so it's ok
with my daughter I told my boss around 20 weeks, things were difficult there. I told a few coworkers prior to that. I didn't show that much until about 20 weeks.

Congrats!
I think with both, I told my direct managers at 8ish weeks and everyone else at 12 or 13 weeks or so. I wanted my managers to know for appointments and such.
I told my boss around 16 weeks because we were not in the same office but were in the same place at that time. He was also a long term mentor and knew my H well so I told him about our IVF struggles at that time too (which he had suspected given my time off). I didn't tell anyone else until after the anatomy scan. Unless there's a specific reason (morning sickness, work restrictions, etc.) I personally don't see a need to tell sooner.
I told around 14 weeks if I remember. Mostly because of the timing of my ML as I was solo supporting one group of customers and wanted to ensure that they would be covered. I also was taking ML during part of 4th quarter, so that played a part.
12 weeks with #1 because it was necessary to plan for the following school year at that point. I was due on the first day of school.
20 weeks with #2 because the timing was not as disruptive to the school year. I was definitely showing by then but most people were polite and didn't comment.
Both times, my bosses knew I was doing IVF (needed the time off), so they were notified at 4-5 weeks ("oh hey btw it worked!" ) Some of my coworkers knew like the day after I found out.
With my first, I told as soon as I was pregnant since we did IVF and my doctor wanted me on light duty for my entire pregnancy (I'm an OR nurse). So in order to avoid lifting and moving patients and carrying heavy instrument trays and moving equipment, I had to tell them right away. Which was fine since my managers knew we were doing treatments anyway.
With my second (natural), I didn't tell until 14 weeks maybe? Granted I didn't even know until I was 9 weeks.
