My H has terrible eczema and psoriasis. He no longer feels comfortable being outside in short sleeves. The combo of how his skin looks and also how uncomfortable he is means he wants to wear long sleeves all the time.
It is getting hotter here and he really needs some lightweight long sleeve shirts.
My H wears a lot of UPF shirts. He gets them from Sams/Costco mostly. Reel Life is the brand he prefers. They are very lightweight performance fabric, but long sleeves. Free Fly also has some nice-looking ones but we haven’t bought any yet. If you have a REI or Bass Pro type store, you’ll find lots of different brands.

My husband wears the academy brand called Magellan. They make long sleeve wicking upf shirts. I think less than $20. Columbia also makes some but more money.
My husband really likes the Patagonia sun shirts. They’re lightweight and protect from sunburns. This one comes on a bunch of colors and with other graphics too:

My dad lives on the water in the south and has a strong history of skin cancer in his family. He wears these to work in the sun (he mows 20 acres on a tractor once a week for himself and his neighbors, has a big garden, and likes to crab and fish). They hold up really well, though they are expensive.

I don't have any advice as to brands, but I'd start out with only buy one shirt (maybe one of a few different brands) bc I have eczema as well as Wesley and some material of the sweat wicking shirts are painful for us to wear b/c it snags on the dry skin especially if we're in a flair and it's cracked/bleeding/etc, i have to wear gloves while doing laundry. FUN!
I have some random SPF rash guard off of Amazon and it's the only type of shirt like that I can wear. Wes can wear rash guards from Target but they have to be super smooth and those run a little warm.
I hope your husband isn't limited in what he can wear though, b/c it stinks.
