I need to buy some new crib sheets. The ones we have been using the last year+, suck. The pockets are so shallow the side of the sheet barely reaches under the mattress. Some the mattress seems to bow or twist. They have zero stretch in the elastic. I would like a sheet that fits well under the mattress like our Sealy mattress cover.
I bought a pack of 3 crib sheets off of Amazon when my DS was 5 months old (when we moved him to his own room). They lasted until we moved him to a twin at almost 3.5. They were starting to fall apart, but we are OAD so we had no need to use them again.
ETA: they were solid colors (red, blue and white).
We had some jersey material ones from Target that I liked a lot. They fit nicely and held up well for years.
I agree, the jersey sheets are great. I ordered a mix from Target when DD was born and the only ones that didn't shrink and actually fit the mattress well were the jersey ones. They were really soft too!
I just used Target ones (Circo?). They held up thru 2 kids, daily use at daycare, and were still in excellent shape when I donated them to daycare after we were done. It was really impressive.

I bought two used pottery barn kids sheets when my first was born simply because I liked the print. I don’t know how much the previous owner used them but I have used those sheets exclusively for the last 6.5 years and they have held up great. If you can score some second hand, they are well worth it. If not, I’d definitely check out the recs other ones gave for cheaper sheets.
I have a Sealy mattress and mattress cover and I use Pottery Barn Kids crib sheets. I bought them on sale/clearance and they are great! Deep pocket and they stay in place.
I have 4 Pottery Barn ones that I rotated. (2 at daycare, 2 at home) They have held up great over nearly 5 years of use between the two kids. I was surprised that they weren't even that expensive.
