I just signed up for Home Chef and this is our second week using their meals
M: New Orleans Shrimp rolls and fries T:Oh She Glows avocado pasta W: turkey meatballs w/pasta and feta R:pork meatballs with potatoes and green beans F: we head to visit family, so dinner at their place.
*Fish sticks, and some sort of veggie and side *Frozen pizza with a veggie *Pasta? DH is traveling for work this week, so it is just myself and the kids. Who knows, sometimes they ask for things like sandwiches for dinner.
I made a bunch of breaded chicken cutlets last night. So we had chicken cordon bleu over arugula last night, and DH had the leftovers for lunch over rice. I had a cutlet over arugula for lunch, and plenty left for lunches this week.
At some point I will make meatball sandwiches and maybe a caprese pasta bake. Probably veggie burgers too.

Haha. In another menu twist our box is coming next week so this week is now full of question marks. We had cheese tortellini last night and will have cheeseburgers tonight.
