(sorry if someone actually loves the listing. Personally, I've been fascinated with this for a while because I can't figure out wtf is going on. It feels like something my kids would design with magformers. It does'nt look earthquake safe to me)

(Photo of the water in the pool is virtual) might be my favorite part. Rivaled only by the garage which has two cars parked at an angle coming in off a hill. I’d have my Subaru wrecked in no time. 😜
Yeah I feel like it was built to suit the views. Definitely could use some updating but if I had a bunch of money to pay someone to do something that fit with the style of the house but modernized, I'd totally buy this house.

I hate the spiral staircase and the kitchen/bathrooms are NMS, but otherwise I kind of love it. The views alone would sell me.
Earthquake safety is not a thing I've ever had to think about in my life, so I'll take your word for it on that! Realistically I wouldn't want to own a house that would fall apart in an earthquake, but realistically a 2 million dollar house isn't going to ever happen for me anyway, lol.

I should have read the description before looking at the photos because I was so confused! I kept looking for the garage and green roofs and couldn't figure out how, based on the exterior photos, there was room on the first floor for two bedrooms. Was also confused by the waves on the pool 😂
