I did buy some new underwear, but I don't count that in my shopping budget. DH and I both needed some, and I spent under $20. I would've broken my freeze for the coated jeans at Target, but my store was out. Just as well, since I definitely don't need them. So I consider it a successful week for me! I hope to go another 2-3 weeks at least.
I got a dress last week at Beyond The Rack for 20, and I found some shorter polka dot rain boots on Rue la la for 30. Not great, but not terrible either. I keep filling online carts with things and walking away. It's helping.
Plummy - that was hard for me to pass up, but I'd just gotten boots a few weeks ago that I am happy with. But I get if you've been wanting/waiting for something for a long time! Shouldn't go against you in a shopping freeze, it's grandfathered in like Mav said once.
Sessalee - I've done the same thing with a couple online carts. But I'm not sure it's helping me or making me sad that I won't be getting the items.

I'm notorious for filling online carts and then not buying them. I think I have five or six floating around right now lol.
fashionx-I told myself they wouldn't count because I have been wanting them so long. I got them on Thursday and I love love love them. Definitely worth it.
Going strong! I did buy some boots from Kohl's this week. But, I'm not sure I'm keeping the ones I PIPd last week, and I already wore the ones from Kohl's. So, even trade- ish?
Can I join your spending freeze team? I spent the weekend in Chicago (only bought home stuff, nothing fashion related, sadly). I am wanting to do a spending freeze until the Sephora F&F sale where I will need to stock up on a bunch of items.
I am going to join this freeze campaign! I have been on a spending freeze since I up and quit my job and we are transitioning from a two income household to a one real income and one fun side job household;)
I did however spend $ on baby clothes for my nephews 1st bday, on sale at baby gap plus 30% off, so I got a ton of stuff for under $40.
I also bought a boring black suit at Banana Republic since I have a huge interview next Monday and had no suit. I got a great deal, the jacket and pants were $120 total, both were on sale plus 30% off. I need to find a fun way to dress up such a boring suit though. That's for another post I guess:)

I bought a pair of Rockstar cords from ON. $19. A deal like that was too good to pass up. I've been stalking Frye's on Amazon though... trying to stay strong!

Is the deal still on with Amazon?
I probably wouldn't get the Melissa's since they're too close to what I have, but there seem to be several styles and colors for decent prices. I'll post what I'm considering later tonight.

I was in Las Vegas over the weekend, & knew I would do some shopping. I got a great dress ($50), lip gloss ($20), & two tshirts for the kids ($5). MUCH better than I normally do, so I'll take it!
Isn't it always easier to swallow something spent on S&B vs something car related? I know I have lots of maintenance type stuff they recommend I get taken care of, but spending it isn't as fun.
