I’m just curious what other are doing. Since it’s the summer I mostly am going places with my kids (2/3 who are unvaccinated). Because of that, I am pretty much still mostly wearing a mask indoors because they are. They are at my parents’ today and I had to run to the grocery store and decided to go maskless. Store employees are about half and half and customers are probably about that also. It felt nice, but weird mostly because I don’t want people wearing masks to feel uncomfortable or assume I’m a maskhole 😂

I am vaccinated but still wear indoors in public places (getting hair done, stores, etc). I don't wear it indoors in other vaxxed people's homes anymore.
Not unless the store has a sign asking everyone to wear one. For context, I'm in TX (so most stores are only asking those who are unvaccinated to wear masks and even then it's not strictly required), I'm vaccinated, so is H, and I don't have any high risk individuals I interact with regularly.
I've been a big mask fan, but I have started to not wear one indoors for the most part. NO ONE is wearing them here. I wore mine to the grocery store and ended up taking it off partway through as I felt kind of ridiculous. I am vaccinated.
I also was wearing masks on the rare times I was with my kids inside, but in the past week we've switched to only my unvaccinated kids wearing their masks. I see many, many small kids maskless, too, but I am having mine mask up indoors until they can get vaccinated. I am still avoiding many indoor things with them, but we did go to the library this week and that was awesome.
I wear them indoors in public places, with or without kids. But outdoors only if I’m with the kids and they need to. We don’t do much indoors socially these days so that’s not an issue. We also don’t eat in restaurants. Either outside or to go.

Always indoors in any public space. We were joking at work the other day that in our area you can tell who is vaccinated because they still wear the mask. The ones not wearing it are the unvaccinated people. It’s required at work and I don’t have any problem wearing it at the store, etc.
I don’t wear it in small settings of fully vaccinated people although I avoid those as much as possible. I will eat out if everyone I am with has been vaccinated (which honestly is my whole friend group).

I'm not sure how to answer. I do not wear a mask anymore at work (unless I am meeting with someone who says they are not yet vaccinated or otherwise uncomfortable without masks), I don't wear one outdoors at all, and I don't wear it when I'm meeting with friends (I don't have any unvaccinated friends).
I do wear one when I go into stores/restaurants or other public indoor locations. If I'm at a restaurant I take it off when seated, but wear it when walking around. I think it is still required at doctors' offices/hospitals so I've worn one for those visits.
I personally feel safe not wearing a mask anywhere anymore - yay science! - but I know not everyone is comfortable being around maskless people yet, so I wear it to avoid making others uncomfortable.
Case rates are really low around here and vaccination rates are high, so my behavior might be different if I lived somewhere that this wasn't the case.

I am now only wearing them when required (doctors offices, children’s section of our library etc.) Most places I go do not require them anymore and I don’t wear it unless I have to.

I have to wear one at all times at work (healthcare), and I wear one indoors at stores (grocery/Target). I haven't been out to eat since the pandemic began, but we may do so when the kids are with the grandparents. Both DH and I are fully vaccinated, so the risk is super low, but considering the kids aren't vaccinated yet we still have to be careful.

Indoors in a public setting: always. It’s about 50/50 here. It’s just my personal comfort level. Many places ask to please wear a mask but they don’t enforce it (I don’t blame them!)
Outdoors: i don’t at all and my kids don’t either but we are never in a crowded outdoor place. It’s usually just walks outside. If we see other people we just walk out of their way.
I do realIze the point of vaccinations is to not wear a mask, I just like mine. Makes people stay away from me.
I need ham like water Like breath, like rain I need ham like mercy From Heaven's gate Sometimes ham salad or casserole or ham that’s free range, all natural I need ham
I’m in CA and our mask mandate was just officially lifted yesterday. I’m vaccinated and still wearing a mask inside any public building, but not outdoors. I went to 2 stores today and I’d say about 75% of people are still masking, which is about what it has been for the last couple months anyway.
I also have 2 young kids who can’t be vaccinated yet and they will be wearing masks indoors for the foreseeable future. So part of my masking is in solidarity, also. Lol.

I've gotten to the point I'm really just wearing it in stores that still require masks for everyone regardless of vaccination status. Torrid and Lane Bryant are two like that I visited recently and I had zero issues wearing a mask while in the store.
Most places I've gone on errands (during the weekday because I am not currently working) are not busy and I can easily distance from folks anyhow. It has been nice to not wear a mask with this terrible heat we've been having.
Last night we had dinner out for H's birthday for the first time in 15 months. That's the most crowded place I've been indoors without a mask. I did feel a bit weird sitting so close to other people but, I trust the science so I just keep telling myself that.
ETA: I hardly see anyone wearing masks now out and about, and my city did have pretty high mask compliance when we had a mandate.

I do always in public, but I’m a special snowflake situation. My husband is immunocompromised and won’t be medically eligible to get the vaccine until fall at the earliest. I fully believe the vaccine means that even if I get it I won’t have a severe case, but I need to do everything I can to prevent a breakthrough case for me since that would be super risky for him (his neurologist has had a very difficult year with patients with his condition who were super sick for a long time).
We don’t wear them outdoors, but don’t go to crowded areas. We haven’t eaten at a restaurant since Covid started and his neurologist made it clear nobody in our household should until he’s vaccinated, so we aren’t.
We don’t wear masks inside with vaccinated people who are still taking precautions to protect him (both sets of parents, all our siblings).

Always when I'm somewhere indoors with DD to set an example. I still mask at the stores, but I did stop adding a filter. I'm going into the office tomorrow so I can have printer access and won't wear it there, but I have my own office and mot of our office is still remote and all vaccinated. Vaccinated friend's houses I don't wear them. We don't wear them outside for the most part anymore. DD's daycare just stopped requiring them indoors, but she still wears hers. I plan to wear mine at work indefinitely for in person meetings with the general public when we start back with that.

Both my kids do . I sometimes do. No one around us does anymore. My kids understand why they have to and don’t complain. In some ways I’m glad it reinforces to them how important the vaccine is and they are excited to qualify for it.
@irishbride2, I agree. I think this will help my smaller kids be more open to the vaccine. I mean, shots usually aren't something they are happy about. But they are seeing my 12 year old being able to go mask-free and do more things. I try to talk it up a bit...hey, won't it be great when you guys can get your vaccine, and we can go to (insert indoor activity of choice) again? Etc.
My son does if we are indoors, or outdoors in a crowd (SDs graduation). I wear one whenever he has to for solidarity. Otherwise I'm not wearing one. I have a mask in my purse in case a business requires it but I haven't run into that yet, they all say you don't need one if you're vaccinated.
I think about 30% are still wearing them and all employees at the stores are still wearing them.

I have started to not wear my mask when my youngest isn’t with me. I will wear it when she is with me. Since it’s summer, the only indoor places I take her are library or occasional store. We have taken her out to eat at an off time where there were only a few other diners.
